Abstract
This work to produce a quantity of sodium hypochlorite from a sodium chloride solution by means of electrolysis by making use of the Red Sea water. The method used to design industrial units was followed, which includes: material and energy balances calculations for each unit,. To ensure that this project is economically viable, we conducted an integrated economic cost study to find the total investment costs, profitability .
