Abstract
This mixed-methods descriptive research study thoroughly examined the impact of the whole-school strategy in the implementation of the National Learning Camp (NLC) on student performance. Participants included teachers, students, parents, and stakeholders from Banaba West Integrated School in the Division of Batangas City. The study collected both quantitative and qualitative data to gain a comprehensive understanding of the NLC's effects on participants. The study illuminates the National Learning Camp (NLC)'s whole-school approach and its effects on student success and participation. First, responders' active participation in the NLC's whole-school strategy has transformed learning. This involvement has helped establish teaching methodologies and fully utilize learning materials. Second, the whole-school strategy has improved students' Science, Math, and English performance. Even with beginning proficiency variances, post-test scores improved significantly, proving this strategy improves student academic performance. Teachers are motivated by the NLC's potential rewards and the goal of improving student achievement, however, aligning instructional strategies to engage students remains a challenge nevertheless, teacher training, seminars, and collaborative camp planning have helped mitigate these challenges. The proposed plan of action provides a path for educational progress to guarantee the national learning camp's sustainability, continuity, and improved implementation. The NLC can better meet students' different needs, improve learning outcomes, and create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment by using these plans.
