Abstract
Today in Pakistan different companies are fulfilling the needs of its customers including men’s-footwear, women’s-footwear and children’s-footwear. In Pakistan, the footwear industry has provided many employment opportunities to minority sections of society. This paper highlights the problems faced by the Stylo when they step in footwear industry in 1974 and identified the opportunity of becoming an entrepreneur. The study indicates that for Stylo there exists a potential for higher growth in the industry which will become a source of earning through exports. The study suggests that Stylo have to face increasing cost of doing business in Pakistan due to fast pace changing economic and technological environment.
